Whatipu Headlands are a close drive away, as well as the Karamatura Trek with stunning waterfalls and a climb all the way up to Mt Donald McLean lookout which affords views of both Auckland City, Tthe Manukau Harbour, and the Whatapu Beach Headlands stretching all the way to Karekare. Come to me, or I'll come to you, or we'll find a stunning place to retreat to.
